GOAT CHEESE, FIG AND ROSEMARY CROSTINI

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Baguette
  • 1 Log Goat Cheese
  • 4/5 Figs
  • 1 Sprig Rosemary
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the baguette diagonally and drizzle a bit of olive oil on top
  • Rub the bread with rosemary and then place the baguette slices into the oven at 375F for 6/8 minutes
  • Once the baguette is out of the oven and cooled just a bit, spread the goat cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Add the sliced figs and a touch of honey to finish
