DRESS UP YOUR CHEESE FOR THE HOLIDAYS!
Pomegranate equals Christmas for me. I love it, so I incorporated it into my Christmas Board. I took a wheel of Brie, carefully removed the top (you need a wire cutter for that), and with a cookie cutter, created a snowflake. I tried to do this with a knife, but the cut was less precise than it was with a wire cutter.
Then, I placed the top back again and filled the snowflake with the pomegranate.
Later, I cut goat cheese in half and delicately rolled it into the seeds. I wrapped the logs in cling film, and placed them in the fridge for an hour.
