COFFEE TABLE BOOKS THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY READ: DECORATING BOOKS

Table books should not only appear beautiful but they should also inspire. As a rule, I always look to decorate with books that I personally enjoy and, at some point, have read. That way, I’ll always be able to strike up a conversation with a guest if they’ve taken a look and are interested in knowing more. Here are some of my favorite table books at the moment:

decorating books that you can read

Glamorous Rooms by Jan Showers: The author demystifies the enchanting eclectic-elegant style, inviting readers to wander through pages and pages of beautiful photographs showcasing Shower’s exquisite attention to detail. A blend of French style, mid-century decor, and high-glamor, Shower’s approach is captivating and absolutely stunning.

Modern Glamour: The Art of Unexpected Style by Kelly Wearstler: If you love to mix and match designs, this illustrated book is for you. Kelly Wearstler, a Hollywood interior designer, loves to unite elements from different eras to create fresh and unexpected styles in commercial and residential spaces. Her technique is refreshing and creative. I love to live vicariously through her design journeys around the world.

Glamour at Home by Nancy Corzine: Judging by the title, there is no doubt that I absolutely adore this book. Corzine features interior design examples throughout the home, from entryways to backyard spaces. Her focus on using reflective pieces and other dazzling elements of old Hollywood glamor creates impressive and often jaw-dropping results. This book is sure to impress and inspire!
