HOW TO CREATE AN EXQUISITE FALL FLORAL ARRANGEMENT
I wanted to create a Fall “statement” arrangement for my dining room, so I decided to go for artificial flowers and an oversized gold ginger jar, adding small touches here and there to make it unique.

I found beautiful roses in caramel and rusty color variations. The larger bouquet is composed of rusty orange flowers, and I mixed in additional flowers of a caramelized to make it vibrant. To fill out the arrangement, I used 34 flowers. Such a big arrangement needs a touch of something extra, a certain “Je ne sais quoi”, so I added very thin and delicate gold picks and pheasant feathers as the finishing touch.

Brown feathers remind me of Fall in England and, at the same time, of the work of a milliner. I had my fair share of hats and fascinators created by milliners worldwide for several events I participated in over the years, and I always like it when there is an element that adds height that is still gracious and delicate. So, for me, these feathers do the trick. I completed the arrangement by adding some gold candle sticks with taper candles and my table was dressed to impress!
