ADD A FESTIVE TOUCH TO CHEESE

Dress up your cheese for the holidays! Pomegranate equals Christmas for me. I love it, so I incorporate it into my board. I took the wheel of Brie, carefully removed the top, and with a cookie cutter, created a snowflake. Then I placed the lid back again and filled the snowflake with the pomegranate.

Later, I cut goat cheese in half and delicately rolled it into the seeds. I wrapped the logs in cling film, and placed them in the fridge for an hour. For best result, you need a wire cheese cutter. I tried to do this with a knife, but the cut is never perfectly neat, I linked mine below.
