CREATE A PATRIOTIC FLORAL ARRANGEMENT
The 4th of July is a cherished holiday in my family because, as naturalized citizens, we feel it deeply in our hearts. We love America and its values, so celebrating it is great! On top of this, it’s my birthday, which is another reason to rejoice!
This flower arrangement works well for Independence Day, but it can also be used on any day of the year if you exclude the American flag. I started with a large chinoiserie ginger jar. I have an eclectic collection of this kind of vase but the white and blue are classic, traditional, and very versatile. I included white and blue hydrangeas, and bright red roses. These are the colors of the American flag, but also an ode to the summer! The small American flags are available anywhere in July. I’ve purchased mine on Amazon. This arrangement is very easy, and very quick to put together. It just takes a few minutes, and it lasts for several days so you’ll have time to enjoy it for a while!
